This is the low word if the low word of the 64-bit number of bytes in the chain. The
value in this register is loaded into the DMA engine when DMA is initiated. This value
is then decremented every DMA transfer. When the count reached zero, this value in
this register is reloaded into the DMA engine, and the first scatter gather instruction
pointed to by FIRST_QUAD_PTR_HI and FIRST_QUAD_PTR_LO is loaded.
