7.5. INSTALLATION OF THE HEATING OUTPUT
REGULATOR
The heating output regulator or also temperature regulating valve (TRV) is mandatory part
from the necessary equipment to operate boilers from BiSolid Saver series and is delivered
together with the boiler, and also is included in the product price. Its installation usually is
performed by a specialized company, according to the applied from the TRV manufacturer
installation manual. TRV is installed in preliminary manufactured orifice with diameter 3/4“,
positioned on the upper right side of the boiler. It has to be connected to the primary air flap
tension-rod by a chain.
7.6. INSTALLATION OF THE THERMO-MANOMETER GAUGE
As special equipment, part of the boilers BiSolid Saver is also delivered a thermo-manometer
gauge – combined device for measuring water pressure and temperature. It is mandatory part
from the necessary equipment to operate the boiler. The thermo-manometer gauge is usually
installed by specialized company and is positioned on the hot water outlet muff, in a way that
will not prevent the fuel feeding door to open properly.
7.7. BOILER STRUCTURE - INSTALLATION OF COVER
PANELS
Before performing the boiler installation it is necessary to check:
1. Equipment:
a) Free equipment – covers with isolation kit.
b) Added equipment – cleaning tools kit – scraper and scratching brush (brush for pipes),
inlet muff, control lever end-caps, fastening material, installation and operation manual,
warranty card, TRV.
c) Integrated equipment – 2 pcs fire-grates, control lever, sealing and 3 pcs fire-clay bricks.
d) Special equipment – optional – combined temperature-pressure gauge with altimeter
(manotherm or thermometer), two-way safety valve DBV 1.
2. Remove the added steel plate inside the heating water lead-out muffs.
3. The initializing muff for supply of heating water must be positioned with direction towards
the floor. In case two-way safety valve DBV 1 is installed to the boiler, a T-profile part has to
be installed to the muff. A drain cock has to be screwed to it and the water supply should be
connected from the safety valve also.
4. End-caps have to be screwed at the end of the fire-grate control lever and at the initial
firing flap tension-bar.
5. Check the fire-clay bricks position.
6. Install the firing air regulator in accordance to the accompanying manufacturer manual.
7. Install the cover panels on the boiler, please see Figure 17.
