This product has passed a thorough quality compliance test administered by our
technical team and authorized institutions. It is produced under the Korea Food and
Drug Administration (KFDA) Manufacturing Permit No. 889. In the event of any defect
or product malfunction, take this warranty to your distributor, purchase retailer or our
head office, and we will repair your product in accordance with the product warranty.
Request for service
If you wish to get your product serviced, contact the retailer you purchased the
product from or our customer service center and present the product warranty
with the date of purchase.
1. This product is subject to one year free warranty service.
2. The free service period begins from the date of purchase. Please write down the date of
purchase on the warranty.
(If the date of purchase cannot be confirmed, free service is not provided.)
3. This warranty is not reissued. Keep it in a safe place together with the operation manual.
4. Responsibility and indemnification
If the retailer has closed business or incurred bankruptcy, the manufacturer will warrant the
product.
5. The following are warranty exceptional cases for which service cost will be charged:
A. Warranty period has expired.
B. Defect or malfunction as a result of an act of God.
C. Malfunction as a result of the user s failure to follow the instructions in the manual.
D. Defect or malfunction as a result of shock or disassembly of the product.
E. A consumable has been consumed.
F. Customer s failure to present the product warranty.
