WEEKLY PROCESS
Disconnect the waste
tubing from the full
waste container.
Empty the waste
container.
Throw the effluents
into an appropriate
biohazard bin in
accordance with local
regulations.
Connect the waste
tubing to the empty
waste container.
The instrument is ready
for use.
Note:
bioMérieux recommends emptying the waste container once a
week: see "Maintenance and cleaning", page 5-1.

The decolorizer cycle intensity can be changed according to the type of
specimens or the staining results expected.

Levels 2 and 3 have been validated by bioMérieux (level 3: default setting).
