ESERCIZIO 
Il DPR 412 del 26/08/1993 
prevede che per l’esercizio 
degli impianti termici siano 
rispettati: 
Una temperatura ambiente 
massima di 20°C + 2°C di 
tolleranza. 
Una durata giornaliera 
massima d’attivazione 
dell’impianto che varia in 
funzione delle zone 
climatiche. 
Un periodo annuale 
massimo d’esercizio 
dell’impianto che varia in 
funzione delle zone 
climatiche. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
MANUTENZIONE 
Il DPR 412 del 26/08/1993 
prevede che per ogni 
impianto termico sia 
compilato e conservato, 
conforme al modello 
predisposto secondo quanto 
indicato dalla Legge un 
libretto di centrale per 
impianti con potenza 
superiore a 35 kW.  
Questo documento deve

5.7 OPERATION AND 
MAINTENANCE 
 
 
 
OPERATION 
RCM steel boiler 
temperature can be set up in 
a range up to 90° C and the 
max safety temperature is 
100°C. 
RCM steel boiler must 
operates without any 
condensation phenomena in 
the furnace 
In order to avoid 
condensation the return 
water temperature must be 
not less than 60° C. 

 

Important :

 

The first burner stage must 
be set up to guarantee this 
temperature limit 

 
Add antifreeze if 
necessary. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
MAINTENANCE 
Boiler maintenance must be 
performed yearly at least  
and following operations are 
concerned: 
brushing the furnace 
pulling out the turbulators 
cleaning all the tubes with a 
steel brush 
removing deposits by 
opening the rear cleaning 
door. 
Also check the condition of 

chaudière indiquant 
exactement les

5.7 DISPOSITIONS 
CONCERNANT LE 
FONCTIONNEMENT ET LA 
MAINTENANCE 
 
SERVICE 
La chaudière RCM Acier a 
une plage de température 
de départ réglable de 75° C 
à 90° C, la température de 
sécurité étant de 100° C. 
La chaudière RCM Acier doit 
fonctionner sans qu'il y ait 
de condensation dans le 
foyer. 
Pour éviter les condensats, 
la température de l'eau de 
retour à la chaudière doit  
être de 60° C minimum.

 

Important :

 

La 1ère allure du brûleur doit 
être réglée de façon à 
garantir une température de 
retour à la chaudière de 60°

ENTRETIEN 
L'entretien de la chaudière 
doit être réalisé au moins 
une fois par an en 
procédant: 
à la dépose du brûleur 
à la dépose du tampon 
arrière 
au nettoyage de l'intérieur 
du foyer 
au ramonage de la 
cheminée et du tube de 
raccordement
