Electronic Meter Operation Instruction
I. Window and Key Introduction:
1.The LCD window displays the following functions:
A. Time/Pulse window
：
display the time and the pulse. Display pulse rate first when there is heartbeat. Standby
default display time.
B. Distance/Calories/Incline window
：
display record of distance, calories, incline.
C. Speed Window
：
display the data of the speed.
2.Function keys: fan switch key, start, stop, program, mode, speed up, speed down, incline increase, incline decrease,
instant speed keys of 3,5,8,10 KM/H; instant incline keys of 3,5,8,10%.
3.Function key introduction:
A. Program key: In the standby status, press the program key to select the program in loop order of: manual
program > P01 > P02 > ... > P12 > U01 > U02 > U03 > fat measurement mode.
