Safety Exercise
Please consult a specialist before doing exercise. He/she can advise you on exercise frequency, exercise intensity and
exercise time that conform to your age and physical conditions. During exercise, if you feel chest tightness or pain,
irregular heartbeats, shortness of breath, dizziness or other discomforts, please stop immediately! Consult a specialist
before continuing with your exercise.
If you use the electric treadmill frequently, you can choose the speed of normal walking or jogging during speed
selection. If you are not experienced or cannot determine the most appropriate testing speed, please refer to the
following guidelines:
Speed 1-3.0 km/h weak constitution people.
Speed 3.0-4.5 km/h sedentary or not often exercise people.
Speed 4.5-6.0 km/h walking quickly people.
Speed 6.0-7.5 km/h fast walk people.
Speed 7.5-9.0 km /h jogger.
Speed 9.0-12.0 km/h intermediate speed runner.
Speed 12.0-14.5 km/h experienced runner
Speed14.5-18.0 km/h excellent runner.
ATTENTION:
It is suitable for walker to choose less than or equal to 6 km/h speed.
It is suitable for runner to choose more than or equal to 8.0 km/h speed.
WARNING:
Before cleaning or maintaining the product, make sure to disconnect the power plug of the electric
treadmill first.
Cleaning:
Complete cleaning will extend the lifetime of the electric treadmill.
Remove the dust regularly to keep the parts clean. Make sure to clean the exposed parts on both sides of the running
belt, which can reduce the accumulation of dust under the running belt. Make sure to wear clean sports shoes, in order
to prevent foreign matter from entering the running belt to cause abrasion to the running board and running belt. The
surface of the running belt shall be cleaned with a piece of wet soapy cloth; take care not to spill water on the electrical
components and under the running belt.
