3.
Insert conical centring sleeve into the glow
plug bore.
4.
Push drill guide bushing in through centring
sleeve as far as the stop.
Note
;
Unless the guide bushing is pushed as far as
the stop the specified drilling and thread
tapping depth will not be reached.

Locate centring sleeve firmly at the bottom
by striking it light with the fitting/removing
tool (fig.2.3)
6.
Insert adapter with 3/8” hex socket wrench
insert 10mm into a suitable power drill.

7.
Lubricate the core drill with alcohol spirit and
insert it into the guide sleeve (for drill).
8.
Using a power drill, run the core drill into the
preheat plug bore until the stop shoulder on
the core drill makes contact with the guide
bushing.
Note
: The correct drill speed(app.500 rev/min)
Coat the cutting edges of the core drill with
alcohol spirit (never use oil).
9.
Clean swarf out of the tapped hole again.
Note
: Protective goggles must always be worn!
