INTENDED USE
The compression tester is a valuable tool for the diagnosis of engines, which can be both age-related
and tear as well as leakage of the piston rings and valves notice. Through the adaptation of the
compression tester has a wide range of application such as. e.g. diagnosis of cars, motorcycles and
other machines with 2- or 4-stroke engines.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
Read the following safety instructions carefully before using the product. Failure to observe the safety
instructions can result in damage, injuries and void the warranty.

Take care when checking hot engines, there is a risk of burns on the hot exhaust manifold or
other hot engine parts!

Be careful with running engines, loose or baggy clothing can be caught in rotating parts and
cause injuries.

Only work in a well-ventilated area. Do not inhale exhaust gases and fuel vapors.

Always be careful when working on fuel systems. The fuel in the fuel line may be pressurized
even when the engine is not running.

These operating instructions provide general tool information. Always refer to the vehicle-
specific service literature, this contains data, repair instructions and special warnings.

Before starting repairs, secure the vehicle against accidental starting. (Remove ignition key or
disconnect battery)

Keep children and other unauthorized persons away from the work area.

Do not let children play with the tool or its packaging.

Always keep a fire extinguisher nearby. This must be suitable for fuel-related, electrical or
chemical fires.

Do not smoke during repairs. Smoking and open flames can lead to fire.

Always keep tools in the case and in a safe, dry place out of the reach of children.

Disconnect the supply voltage to the ignition coils and the petrol injection nozzles.

Disconnecting the high voltage ignition cables alone can damage the ignition system, cause
fire and electric shock.

Press longer than 2 sec.; Switched gauge on
