6.1. MIXING OPERATION
•
The mixing boom is used to obtain a homogenous product mixture in the tank, both before and during spraying
operations. Mixing can be varied by means of function "5 - SPRAYING", to accomplish this:
- With DUALMATIC, vary the position of the index (1) (figure 12) between
and .
- With DUALELEC, the agitation percentage can be varied on the screen, or use the automatic mixing
modulation
(see manual No.
82.510
)
. Mixing modulation, based on the liquid level in the tank, allows the
mixing intensity to be reduced to the point where it stops entirely. Shut-down corresponds to the low level
of liquid in the tank (this level is factory set).
6.2. DRAINING THE TANK
•
The drain valve is located under the sprayer's tank (figure 13).
•
Turn the valve (2) according to the desired drainage rate.
6.3. NIVELEC ELECTRIC GAUGE
•
A NIVELEC electric gauge is supplied as standard with your sprayer. It consists:
- Of a gauge mechanism (3) (figure 14) located on top of the tank.
- Of a control box (4) located on the control station providing the digital display of the volume of the tank
(see
manual No.
82.494
).
6.4. NIVOMATIC ELECTRIC GAUGE
(OPTIONAL)
•
A NIVOMATIC electric gauge can also be fitted as an option with your sprayer. It consists:
- Of a gauge mechanism (5) (figure 15) located on top of the tank.
- Of a control box (6) located on the control station not only providing the digital display of the volume of the
tank but also programming of the filling volume.
When coupled to a control box (7), as soon as this volume is reached, it can trip a sound alarm or automatic
switching off of the filling to prevent accident overflow
(see manual No.
82.494
).
6.5. HANDWASH TANK
•
Hygiene and comfort: a 45-litre fresh water tank (10) (figure 16) built into the sprayer's covers and independent
from the rinsing tank, allows you to wash your hands or any other part of your body (face, eyes,...) that may
have come in contact with the product.
•
The tap (9) is easily accessible in the compartment.
•
Washing, by opening the tap (9) more or less according to the required flow rate.
•
It is ESSENTIAL for the handwash tank to be filled with clean water, through the lid (8), without any pressure.
