5.3. INCORPORATION HOPPER
-
This permits introduction, in alternation with water filling of the sprayer, of powders or liquid treatment products.
- This device ensures perfect product homogeneity in the water, and makes spraying operations easier.
OPERATION OF THE HOPPER
(figure 5)

Fill the tank partly (see filling operation
page 25).
- Open the left-hand cover (1).
- Actuate switch (6) to lower the hopper. Open the cover (2).
- Fill the hopper with phytosanitary products.
3 possibilities:
1 - Water in the main tank used:
Put the indexes on Berlogic function (DUALELEC option, choose function

2 - Water in the rinsing tank used:
Put the indexes on Berlogic function (DUALELEC option, choose function

).
3 - Externally drawn water used:
Put the indexes on Berlogic function (DUALELEC option, choose function

- Engage the pump's hydraulic drive by pressing push-button (5).
- Bring the engine speed up to at least 1,200 rpm by raising switch (7).

To rapidly empty the hopper:

eplace the cover (2).
▪ O
pen the valve (E) to position .
- The product is draw up into and incorporated in the sprayer tank.
RINSING THE HOPPER

Position the product can on part (2) (figure 6).

Press handle (3) (figure 5) to actuate the cleaning nozzle (3) (figure 6).

After the incorporation operation:
▪ Close the fill valve (4) to position (figure 5).
▪ Finish the filling of the tank.
▪ When the filling is completed, disconnect the hose and replace the plug on the quick coupling (B) (figure 5).
