3.2. INCLUDED COMPONENTS
AND ACCESSORIES
Unless otherwise requested, the following doc-
uments and accessories are supplied with the
machine:
- instruction manual for operation and
maintenance;
- declaration of CE conformity;
- accessories: blade extractor kit (on request).
3.3. PRODUCTS WHICH CAN BE SLICED
The following are the proucts
which can be sliced:
- all types of cold meats
(cooked, cured, smoked);
- boneless meats (cooked or raw at a
temperature not lower than +3 °C);
- bread and cheeses (obviously types which
can be sliced such as gruyère, fontina, etc.);
3.4. PRODUCTS WHICH CANNOT
BE SLICED
The products which cannot be sliced
because they can cause damage to
objects or persons are the following:
- frozen food products;
- deep frozen food products;
- food products with bones (meat and fish);
- any other product not intended for food use.
