Keep the pressure cooker away from the children, and when using the pressure cooker keep chil-
dren out of its reach.
SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
- Before each and every use, make sure that all valves and safety mechanisms are operable and
clean. Only when all valves and safety mechanisms are operable and clean can your pressure
cooker work safely.
- No modification should be carried out on the pressure cooker. Under no circumstances perform
any other maintenance, especially for the safety, than the stated in the instructions manual. Do not
oil the valves.
- Change valves and other plastic parts of your pressure cooker after every 400 th use, or in 2-3
years the latest, with original parts. Parts with visible deformations (cracks, change of color or
deformation) or the parts that are not fit in its place must be changed immediately. Ignoring this
information affect the performance and safety of your pressure cooker.
- Only use original.
- Spare parts that fit your pressure cooker model. And for especially for the models that have the
same lid and body, use the spare parts that are manufactured specially for your cooker.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Do not use this pressure cooker for any other purpose stated than the ones stated in
the user’s manual.
- Never use the pressure cooker in an oven. Handles, valves and safety mechanisms will
be damaged by the heat.
- The pressure cooker cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in injury. Make
sure that the lid is properly closed before operating. Never use improperly closed
pressure cookers.
- Do not use the pressure cooker dry, empty or without any liquid, as it damages the
cooker and the stove severely. The minimum amount of liquid that can be used is 200 –
300 ml (1 glass of water). The cooker should never be used without water. As a result of
excessive heat, the plastic parts and the aluminum
base of the cooker can melt. In such a case, turn down the source of heat and do not
move the cooker until it is cooled completely. Open the windows and air the room.
- Never leave the pressure cooker unsupervised.
- Move the pressure cooker that has pressure in with the greatest care. Do not touch hot
surfaces. Use handles and knobs and protections (such as mitten). Do not fill the unit
over 2/3 (max. Level)
- If any food with dumpling is cooked, in order to prevent popping out, shake the cooker
gently after all the pressure inside the cooker is released.
- The pressure cooker should not be used in the pressure mode to fry any kind of food.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Before using your pressure cooker for the first time get information and experience
about how to use a pressure cooker. Before the first usage, clean the cooker, the lid
and the silicone gasket with soap and water. Afterward, fill the cooker with water till
