maximum level and close the lid. Adjust the steam adjustment valve to “steam discharge
free” mode and let the water boil. Boil the water for 5 minutes. Any residue from the
manufacture will be cleaned with the release of the steam. Pour the water and re-wash
the cooker.
PLACING THE LID
Align the marks on the metal lid and the handle
and then place the lid on your cooker. These marks
enable you to place the lid properly.
CLOSING THE LID
After aligning the marks and placing the lid on your
cooker turn the lid to the left until you hear a “click”
sound and the lid is locked. Be sure that the lid and
the gasket are securely closed.
COOKING
Place the pressure cooker on the stove. The steam adjustment valve should be set to
“free” Do not let the gas flames to spread up the sidewalls of your cooker. When the
stream started to come out of the valve, first of all, reduce the heat to minimum. Adjust
the cooking adjustment indicator to program 1 or program 2 according to the food
you are cooking. Now your cooking time has started. Keep the time. Do not interfere
with the steam valve during the cooking time. The valve will release the excess steam
inside the pressure cooker. Keep in mind that the lower the heat the more delicious and
economical food you cook.
OPENING THE LID
Push the button on the handle of the lid to the direction of the arrow and hold the knob
with your other hand and turn the lid to the right till the end (until the mark on the lid and
the handle is aligned and the lid cannot be turned anymore). Now you can open the lid.
