Inserting the recirculating air filters
(recirculated air device only)
WARNING
Risk of falling when replacing filter.

Use a stable stepladder.
CAUTION

Make sure that nobody is standing
beneath the device during work.
ATTENTION

Protect surfaces and devices
(e.g. cooled cooker top) beneath
your working area from damage,
e.g. with thick cardboard.
To ensure that the recirculating air filter is
installed correctly, an approx. two centimetre-
high guide aid is installed on the filter.
The filters are inserted correctly when the upper
edge does not project out of the extractor hood.

Position the recirculating air filter on the device
from above using the folding handle.
¾
Insert the second recirculating air filter.
¾
Make sure that the filter is positioned correctly.
Installing the removed parts
Following installation, install the removed parts as
follows:
A Phillips screwdriver is required for this step.
Installing the upper front panel
The procedure is identical for the air extraction
and the recirculated air device. The air
extraction device is shown.

Allow the front panel to slide into the extractor
hood frame from above until it engages.
¾
Whilst doing this, press the entire front panel onto
the frame so that all locking lugs are inserted
simultaneously.
