Removing the ventilation cover
A Phillips screwdriver is required for this step.

Turn the screws counter-clockwise to loosen
them.
ATTENTION
Damage to the electronics when laying
the device down on the rotary knob.

Never lay the device down on the
rotary knob.
¾
Lay the device down on its rear side.
¾
Remove the rotary knob.
ATTENTION
Scratched surfaces possible due to
protruding screw heads when the
rotary knob is removed.
¾
Only lay the device down on padded,
flat, protective surfaces.
The procedure is identical for the air extraction
and the recirculated air device. The recirculated
air device is shown.
Proceed as follows to remove the ventilation cover:

Place the extractor hood with the ventilation cover
pointing upwards onto a flat, protective surface.
¾
Remove the five screws (1) for the ventilation
cover (2).
