How to Use Service Tool 
 

(1) Read Data From Main Board: 
1.

 

Make sure Factory Menu page1 : Control Method is “RS232”. 

2.

 

Connect PC with projector by a RS232 cable. 

3.

 

Turn on projector. 

4.

 

Click “BenQ S&W Series Service Tool” from Program Files menu. 

 

 
5.

 

Click “Setup” first. 

 

 
6.

 

Double click to select a folder for saving projector data and a specified COM port and then 
click “Save” and “Exit.”
