This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC limits for Class B
digital devices and Industry Canada license-exempt RSS
standard(s). This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by relocating the
equipment or receiving antenna or by connecting the equipment
to a different circuit than the affected equipment. Consult an
authorized dealer or other qualified avionics technician for
additional help. Operation of this device is subject to the following
conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference,
and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This transmitter must be restricted to work related operations in a
Controlled RF exposure environment. All qualified end-users of
this device must have the knowledge to control their exposure

duration of their passengers and bystanders, to comply with the
General Population / Uncontrolled MPE limit and requirements.
The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to
provide a separation distance of at least 0.911m (2.99 ft) from all
persons.
