6 The integrated web server
The BusHead provides an integrated web server for configuration,
monitoring and diagnostics. You have the option of accessing the websites
stored on it by entering the address in a web browser. Internet Explorer
version 10 or newer is supported.
To do this, replace the
[IP-Address]
placeholder with the IP address
of the relevant module.

Please enter
http://
, followed by the BusHead's IP address in your
web browser's address bar:
http://[IP-Address]
.
If the home page of the BusHead does not open, check your browser,
firewall, and network settings. Setting the IP address is described in
section
. If the BusHead is no longer reachable,
you can restore the factory setting via the rotary encoding switch.

After entering the IP address in the web browser, authentication is not
immediately necessary; a prompt is displayed as needed (depending on
the action). Every user thus has read permissions. Admin or write
permissions are required to change access credentials, or save
configurations. In state on delivery, the following user level is defined:
Name: "admin", Password: "private" (Admin/Write)
NOTE
When you login as "admin" you can change the name and password for the
login. We urgently recommend changing the access data for access to the
BusHead web server.
