No sound transmission from
the cabin to the receiver.
The receiver does not use
the protocol used, or the set
protocol is not expected by the
receiver.
Use the machine room
telephone or (if not available)
connect an analogue test tele-
phone to the dialling unit to
make a call to the cabin (press
"1"). If the transmission works,
it is necessary to check if the
selected protocol (parameters
*21* to *24*) and the receiver
are suitable for each other.
GSM/LTE noise Radio signals are superim-
posed
Change the position of the
antenna for the established
connection until an optimal
antenna position is deter-
mined.
Do not mount the antenna too
close to the dialling unit, other
lines or sources of interfer-
ence.
No outgoing calls possible Connection via the line is
interrupted (LED 3 not flashing
in green).
Check the connection via the
telephone line.
Check the SIM card by insert-
ing it into a normal cell phone.
