Displaying TMC messages (toolbar)
Press this button to display all TMC traf-
fic announcements received from the sta-
tion you are currently tuned in to.
You have the option of obtaining an over-
view of the current traffic situation and
calculating an alternative route or deleting
a previously calculated detour, as required
(See “Taking announcements into consid-
eration when calculating routes” on
page 67.).

Press the TMC announcement button.
A list of TMC announcements opens.

Press the arrow buttons on
the right of the screen to browse
through the list.
Change display (toolbar)
For the map display, 2-D view or 3-D
view are available.
Change the display using the 3D key.
>
Press the 3D key.
The display is changed. Press the key
again to return to the previous display.
Point northwards (toolbar)
Use the compass key to orient the map on
the touchscreen towards the north.
>
Press the compass key.
The map is pointed north on the touch-
screen.
Available POIs along the route (toolbar)
With the POI button, you can display
available POIs along the route and set a
POI as a stopover.
> Press the POI button.
A display of the POIs available along the
route appears.
