Activating FM transmitter

In music mode, you can activate the FM
transmitter.

>

Press the button marked with the ar-
row. 

The FM transmitter setting is called up.
See “FM transmitter” on page 98.

Navigation during MP3 player operation

You can start or continue an active naviga-
tion while the MP3 player is playing mu-
sic.

>

For this purpose, press the BACK but-
ton to exit the MP3 player.

The map display appears if route guidance
is activated. If route guidance is not active,
the main menu is displayed.

Shutting down the MP3-Player 

By pressing the BACK button, the MP3
player is terminated and the main menu is
displayed or, if route guidance is activated,
the map display appears.

Note:

Please refer to the instructions for use of
the FM transmitter. See “FM transmit-
ter” on page 98.

Note:

Bear in mind that music will continue to
play when you exit the MP3 menu. Press
the pause icon to stop music playback
(See “Pause” on page 87.).
