A couple of things to know:
1. Like other BAUM braille devices, VarioUltra supports the use of
the display buttons (D buttons) to enter commands. So instead of
entering Chord-H for the home screen, you could press D125.
2. Standard commands in the industry allow for Chord commands.
This means that you press a space bar at the same time as a
pattern of dots. So Chord-H simply means pressing a space bar
and the dots for letter H on the braille keyboard.
3. The left and right thumb keys are named B9 and B0 respectively. It
doesn’t matter which one you press when entering Chord
commands. As such, our commands will use the word ‘Chord to
mean either of the two space bars/thumb keys. It doesn’t matter
which one you use when in braille display mode.
o Double-tap selected item: Press cursor routing button above word,
or press the Navistick
o Toggle expanded status description: Status router button

Move to previous item: Chord B1 or Navistick left
o Move to next item: Chord B4 or Navistick right
o Move to previous item user rotor setting: Chord B3 or Navistick up
