Follow the steps below to install the
tension pulley onto the lever.
Install the stop ring onto one side of the
tension pulley.

Important
Be sure to replace the bearing with new one.
Important
The bearing is a double-sealed one.
Be careful not to scratch the seal of the main
body of the bearing when tapping it.
Turn the tension pulley upside down
and install the bearing.
Note:
Use a bearing driver to drive in the
bearings and oil seals.
Attach the stop ring.

Drive the tension pulley into the tension
lever with the cap mounting side up.

Attach the stop ring.

Install the cap with the bolt and spring
washer.
Make sure that the pulley rotates
smoothly.
