Follow the steps below to install the wheel
into the bracket.
Insert the washer into the shaft of the
bracket.

Drive the bearing into the shaft of the
bracket evenly.
Note:
Use a bearing driver to drive in the
bearings and oil seals.

Drive the wheel evenly into the bearing
attached to the shaft.

1 Rubber wheel
Insert the collar into the shaft of the
bracket.

1 Collar
Drive the bearing into the wheel evenly.
Note:
The bearing can be inserted deeper
inside beyond the upper face of the
wheel.

2 Driver
Insert the washer and wheel tightening
washer into the shaft of the bracket and
tighten them with the bolts and spring
washers.
Make sure that the wheel rotates
smoothly.
