Perform Flush:

• Fill the bucket with 4.75 l lukewarm water and 250 ml TICKOPUR TR 13

• Fill several times with clear water
• Start-up for 5 minutes (with or without cooling)
• Drain the liquid, see chapter 4.4.
• Fill the ultrasonic bath with the appropriate contact liquid, if recommissioning is planned
If impurities still come out of the tube system during rinsing, it is recommended that
the tube system is

ushed again
If
the
fl
ow continues to be well below 3 l/min after several rinses. send in the device for
maintenance ahead of time
6.1.3 Monitoring the ultrasound
• Insert a commercially available wattmeter between the mains plug of the ultrasonic bath
and the socket
• Fill the ultrasonic bath with liquid, see chapter 4.1.
• Switch on the ultrasonic bath

the cooling for a short time (setting of the target temperature must be at least
1 degree above actual temperature)
• Switch on ultrasound
• Compare the displayed measured value on the wattmeter with the technical data from
chapter 1.4 (tol/- 20 %)
