• Now the equipment is activated again and will automatically
switch to the second stage according to the program set by the
programmer.
• Start the fuel supply auxiliary circuit and check for its correct
operation, then set pressure to nearly 0,5÷3 bar if such circuit
features a pressure regulator.
• With the equipment operating in the 2nd stage, adjust the
amount of air necessary to ensure efficient combustion, using
appropriate instruments.If the appropriate instruments are not
available, judgement can be based on the colour of the flame.
• We recommend that the adjustment is performed so as to obtain
a soft light orange flame; avoid red flames with smoke and white
flames with an excess of air.Make the air regulation so as to
obtain a certain amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the smoke,
varying from min. 10% to max. 13% with a smoke number not
exceeding 2 (Bacharach scale).
DANGER / ATTENTION
The burner must not operate below the stated minimum
capacity, in order to prevent damages to the combustion
head components.
• During burner ignition, when it passes to the first stage, the air/
gas servomotor takes for a few seconds the burner to a delivery
higher than the first stage.
• During this transition phase check that the cam (IV) for actuating
the servomotor second stage does not activate.
