Allows user to either enable or disable the feature. If enabled, no water will be
used during the times set in the schedule shown in
Schedule Dry Override
If enabled, no water will be used regardless of the schedule shown in

addition to the on-screen button, the override can also be enabled with the
“ScheduleDryOverride” variable in

Schedule Dry Schedule
The schedule defines a start time on one day and a stop time on the same day. All
times are in 24-hour format.
