Ready Diagnosis Off Static white The device is ready. Diagnosis functions are switched off.

LED 2 (Indication/Warning/Teach/Device Discovery)

Device Discovery Blue, flashing, 3 Hz The Device Discovery can be activated via a system
command to find the device again.
Short Circuit Pin 2 / Pin 4 Red, flashing, 3 Hz Short circuit at pin 2 or pin 4
Teach-in No Object Red, flashing, 1 Hz The sensor is in Teach-In mode and no object is visible.
Teaching is not possible.
Teach-in Static red The device is currently in teach-in mode
Maintenance Required Blue, static Maintenance must be performed.
Functional Check Orange, static The device is currently being parameterized/adjusted.
Measurement is not currently possible.
Bad Signal Quality Orange, flashing, 1 Hz Poor signal quality, the signal quality is
below the configured warning threshold.
Out of Specification Yellow, flashing, 3 Hz The device is operated outside of specifications. A
reliable measurement signal can no longer be ensured.
Function Display Yellow, static The object was detected / switching point is active
