Keypad timeout
Distributed Control (DC) Keypad Serial
Communications Timeout:
- DC Keypad Timeout for
communications with the PC.
- If this Timeout occurs the
Zone Keypad with display the
error message:
“Master/Host Interface is Down/Occupied”
Enter a decimal value from
15-255.
One second increments
Default is 20 seconds
Display timeout
Distributed Control (DC) Keypad Display
Timeout:
- Timeout to control the amount of
time certain screen will appear
on the DC Keypad before
the DC Keypad will move to
the next screen. Pressing
“Enter” on the DC Keypad will
override this time and the next
screen will appear.
Enter a decimal value from
2-255.

External printer
Distributed Control (DC) Keypad External
Printer:
- Is an External Printer attached
to the DC Keypad
- YES selection: The DC
Keypad will automatically
generate a one-line ticket
printout for each work order
result.

Buzzer
Distributed Control (DC) Keypad Buzzer:
- YES selection: A beep will
sound after every button
press on the DC Keypad
keyboard.
