2. Replacement of bad/old fuse

Replacement steps:

• Cut off engine and circuit

• Install the new fuse.

• Start the power for electrical appliance inspection.

• If the fuse is not responding check the system

again (Refer to “Electrical Appliance” of chapter 4)

3. Installment of fuse cover

(III) Replacement of headlight lamp

1. Cut off engine

• Connecting wire terminal of headlight (1)

2. Removal

• Unit of headlight (2)

3. Take out the lens (1)

4. Remove the lens seat (2)

Rotate countereclockwise when taking out the lens

(1) .

CAUTION:

When removing the light head hold the front side

of the headlight with hand.

5. Removal:

• Lamp (1)

WARNING:

The lamp is very hot never touch before cooling.
