(II) Rear fender

1. Disassembly

1- Place vehicle on level ground.

2- Disassemble the rear luggage carrier  

(1)  and installing bushing  (2)

3- Disassemble the cushion  (3)  (see cush

-

ion disassembly in this section).

4- Disconnect the negative wire  (5)  and 

positive wire  (4)  of battery.

CAUTION:

Disconnect the negative wire  (5)  first.

5- Disassemble the clamp plate  (9)  of 

battery.

6- Disassemble the starting relay  (6)

7- Disassemble the cut-off realy  (7)

8- Take out the battery  (8)

9- Disassemble the rear fender  (10)
