SECTION 8 - REPAIR/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
INTRODUCTION
Repair procedures are limited to module replacement. If the
IMHSS03 Hydraulic Servo Module fails, remove and replace it
with another. Refer to Table
for a list of spare parts and
part numbers.
MODULE REPLACEMENT
If it is determined that the hydraulic servo (HSS) module is
faulty, replace it with a new one. Do not attempt to repair the
module by replacing discrete circuit components. Replacing
components may affect the module performance and certifica-
tion. The HSS module can be removed while the turbine is
on-line provided there are other turbine speed control valves
operating that can shut down operation if necessary.
