Data required to assess whether a piece may be machined or not must be evaluated case by case,
considering the maximum movements carried out by the operating unit required for machining, the
position of the piece on the work bench, the size of the tool and the space required by other groups
present on the operating unit.
Before starting machining, always make sure that the piece is properly supported and blocked.
Minimum working sizes are not easily defined in that the intensity of the action of the blocking
system, which is vacuum-operated, depends on the porosity, thickness and size of the piece.
Furthermore, the minimum blocking intensity differs for each type of tool used.
In any case, P. BACCI S.r.l. is available for any information required.
