ALARM 03 – MACHINE OFF

CONDITION / CHECK

DESCRIPTION

MALFUNCTION

The machine is not energised.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

There are three possible causes. Specifically:

  Machine turned on but not yet powered up
  A CNC error has turned off the machine
  The machine logic has caused a power drop

SOLUTION

Restore power:

  Press the AUXILIARY START pushbutton
  If this is not possible:
  Check for the presence of other error messages and read the relative

description and measures to be adopted

Check that the emergency mushroom pushbuttons (red) have not

been pushed

Only for qualified technicians:

Check that the automatic switches in the electrical cabinet are

connected

Check the position of the red selector switch (cabinet door open

bypass) inside the electrical cabinet

Alarm 04 – Mode change not permitted in Homing

ALARM 04 –MODE CHANGE NOT PERMITTED IN HOMING

MALFUNCTION

The CN is in HOLD condition. Axes cannot move.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

There is one possible cause. Specifically:

The CN mode was changed during axis zero setting.

SOLUTION

Press the RESET pushbutton.
Rest axes to zero.
