ALARM 09 – AXIS SERVO ERROR

CONDITION / CHECK

DESCRIPTION

MALFUNCTION

The position error for one axis has exceeded the limit set in the CN
parameters. Machine power drops and an error message appears: CN EE001
error

POSSIBLE CAUSE

There are various possible causes:

  A collision has occurred,
  Commanded speed too high,
  Interruption on the connections between servomotor and drive, or
  A phase is missing on the power supply (ex. burned out fuse).

SOLUTION

  Identify and remove the cause
  Press RESET
  Press the AUXILIARY START pushbutton.
  Check presence of other error messages

Position error of a slave axis with respect to the master (dual axes) exceeds
the limit value set in the CN parameters. CN EE002 error

POSSIBLE CAUSE

There are various possible causes:

  A collision has occurred
  Excessive motor stress
  Motor or drive malfunction

SOLUTION

Check the possible causes of a collision

Only for qualified technicians:

  Check the status of the drive and motor
  Check wiring between the CN, the drive and the motor
  Check the connection mechanics between the motor and the axis and

movement mechanics
