When projecting the creation of templates, take into account the following
considerations:

Provide for at least 2 anchoring points at the extremities.

Provide for at least 2 blocking presses for the piece.

Provide for at least 2 perpendicular stopping guides for the piece.

Templates are not supplied with the machine.
The example below serves only for information purposes.

Inadequate blocking with respect to machining force may result in:

Piece flying free

Tool breaking and consequently flying free.

Make sure that the piece has been blocked properly before starting the work cycle.

After having assembled and adjusted the blocking devices, including templates, carefully check that the
piece has been properly blocked. Make sure the piece is held fast in all directions in which machining
force will be applied.
