MACHINE START UP - PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

Check
pneumatic
supply
pressure.
Check the pneumatic supply pressure.
Initial adjustment of pressure gauges:
Check that the pressure gauge of the balancing cylinders (2) indicates a
working pressure of 6 bar.
If the pressure shown is not the proper working pressure, use the
balancing cylinder pressure regulator (1) to increase or decrease the
pressure.
Check that the pressure gauge for door closing/piece blocking (5)
indicates a working pressure of 6 bar.
If the pressure shown is not the proper working pressure, use the
door closing/piece blocking pressure regulator (4) to increase or
decrease the pressure.
Check that the spindle cooling pressure gauge indicates a working
pressure of 6 bar.
If the pressure shown is not the proper working pressure, use the
spindle cooling pressure regulator (7) to increase or decrease the
pressure.
