3.17. Update of the Firmware
Upload ‘System firmware’ / ‘System Bootloader’ /‘EoC Master driver’ / ‘EoC EP driver’ / ‘EP WiFi driver’ onto
EOC 10-01 ‘Upload Area’.
System firmware/bootloader will take effect right after EOC 10-01 reboot. For other drivers, refer the following
“Example to Upload then Upgrade Driver” for more detail.
3.17.1. Example to Upload then Upgrade Driver
It is a 2-stage file upgrade procedure, first to upload the selected file onto EOC 10-01 flash ROM ‘Upload Area’,
then to ‘Upgrade’ it. Here we take the EoC driver by Web as the example, the WiFi driver can be upgraded by
the same way. May also using Telnet/TFTP in next chapter to upgrade EoC/WiFi driver.
New EoC Driver File
First upload the new EoC driver file onto your EOC 10-01.
Open the ‘Device’ window, select the targeted Master and/or EP devices, click the ‘Upgrade EoC’ button to
proceed,
Upgrade EP one by one, will keep the Master (Local) for the last, then complete.
