Apply the stickers showing maximum stretch of the spring in the front profile. A spring may be
stretched up to 60% of its original length.
In case of a short spring (length 35 cm), apply the redline of the sticker at 56 cm from the side of the
front profile.
In case of a long spring (length 57 cm), apply the redline of the sticker at 91 cm from the side of the
front profile.

Pass the cord through the guide block in the front profile. Allow a loop to extend from the front profile.
Neatly roll up the rest of the cord and lay it into the front profile.

Disassemble the top part of the aluminium motor support and the bearing block. Place the complete
internal mechanism with front profile into the bottom cover. Fasten the entire core with the top part
of the motor bracket and the bearing block.
