This input is active if either the voltage to ground <1.9V or the resistance to ground is <375 .
This input is considered inactive if the voltage to ground is 11-33 VDC.
Activating the COM MIC Key will cause the transmitter to transmit the audio on the COM
MIC Audio HI.
