Front burner is lighting with the red button only. The rear burner isn't starting.
(heaters fitted with remote control or wall thermostats)
This usually means the remote or wall thermostat has not been switched to the “ON” position or
the receiver box inside the heater behind the front panel needs to be re-learnt. This is done by
removing the front panel and then locating the back receiver box as shown below.

front panel ensuring no wires are pinched or disconnected. Turn the two burner switches to the
“ON” position and make sure the red button is in the “OFF” position (not illuminated). Turn the re-
mote to the “ON” position. After a short delay both burner LED’s will start blinking and the heater
Will ignite on both burners after approximately 50 seconds.

**
The switch on the receiver must be in the remote position for the learn process to occur.
**
The burner switches and the red button must all be in the “OFF” position.
**
You will need some sort of pointy object to press the learn button on the receiver box.

2.
Front burner stays on all the time.
(heaters fitted with remote control or wall thermostats)
This will happen when the red button above the two burner switches is in the “ON” position
(illuminated). The burner switches themselves are also in the “ON” position but the remote or
wall thermostat says off on the screen. You must always turn the red button to the “OFF”
position if you don't want the front burner to remain on (refer page ).
3.
There is a beeping noise coming from the heater.
(heaters fitted with remote control or wall thermostats)
This usually occurs if the signal has been lost from the remote, some interference has occurred
with the remote receiver or the receiver in the heater is getting to warm. If the signal has been
lost it is recommended that the heater be reset and the receiver box inside the heater be re-learnt.
4.
Is the heater polarity conscious?
Yes. Failure to have correct polarities in the power point or power cord will result in the heater
not operating correctly. Ie. One burner will light then go out straight away.
