Operating the personal alarm uses up more battery, and
may prevent the camera from capturing images to send
depending on the amount of battery.

If "COCO-SECOM settings" (
▶
P. 65) is on, the COCO-
SECOM application activates and COCO-SECOM starts
operating (subscription required for using COCO-SECOM).
Personal alarm operation

Once the "Send Location information", "Send still pictures",
and "Automatic phone call" functions are on, the following
customer information is sent from the product to inform
registered parent/guardian contacts that it is an emergency.

and "Automatic phone call" functions are on, the following
settings are automatically enabled to allow sending of
customer information.

The following settings are also disabled.

* Settings do not return to as before the personal alarm was activated;
make settings again as required.

The personal alarm cannot be activated in the following
situations.
•
During a software update
•
While "Lookout for au" is locked
•
While the screen is displayed for entering the PUK code
au IC Card
The au IC Card contains customer phone number and other
information.
The product is compatible with au Nano IC Card 04.

Note the following while handling the au IC Card. Otherwise,
handling may cause malfunction or damage of the card,
tray, or product.
•
Do not touch the IC (metal) part of the au IC Card.
•
Insert in the correct direction.
•
Do not use forcibly install or remove.
◎
An error message is displayed for an improperly installed or
abnormal au IC Card.
◎
Do not lose the au IC Card after it has been removed.
◎
Do not insert the au IC Card held in a card adapter. Doing
so may cause malfunction.
