6.1
Performance at normal operation
The minimum test chamber temperature (TCT) and the
black standard temperature (BST) in the SUNTEST are
related directly to the ambient temperature: the higher the
ambient temperature, the higher the minimum test cham-
ber temperature.
An increase in the ambient temperature by 5 °C, for ex-
ample, will raise the test chamber temperature (TCT) and
the black standard temperature (BST) by roughly the same
value.
For TCT and BST, please refer to Table 2.
NOTE - Temperature control:
The temperature
can not be controlled
with the Sun-
Cool
TM
. The unit should always be operated.
