LCD Display
The display is meant for the following purposes:
show statuses of detectors connected to the control unit, values of gas concentration measured by
these detectors and auxiliary details related to detectors (designation of the monitoring location,
units for gas concentration, etc.),
show system messages and menu items.
At temperatures below 0°C a decrease in contrast may occur – difficult reading and longer
refresh time.

3.1.5
Keypad
The keypad has six buttons designed to enable operators to enter information into the system and to affect
operation of the system. These buttons are assigned to the following functions:

Left scrolling button – designed to navigate between channels to be displayed
Right scrolling button – designed to navigate between channels to be displayed
Up scrolling button – designed to navigate between menu options and to adjust
settings of parameters.
Alternatively – to mute (deactivate) an external sound warning device (siren) for
a predefined time.
Down scrolling button – designed to navigate between menu options and to adjust
settings of parameters.
Alternatively – to reset a locked alarm.
ESCAPE button – designed to navigate between menu levels (to quit the menu and to
quit a menu option) and to cancel any intended operation.
Alternatively – to mute (deactivate) an internal buzzer
Confirmation button – designed to navigate between menu levels (to select a desired
option) and to confirm execution of any intended operation as well as to approve the
adjusted values of parameters.
