It is recommended to run the user interface test at least once a week to make sure that all
LED indicators and the buzzer are in sound operating condition.

Home screen
The home screed comprises several fields.

Number of the channel associated with information displayed at the moment (1 to 32)

Special codes. That field may contain the following acronyms:
HIS – information that the file of historical events comprises at least one entry (see Section 3.7.1),
• B – internal buzzer is active and can be muted by means of a keypad button (see Section 3.1.5),
• S – sound warning device (siren) is active and can be muted for a predefined time period by means
of a keypad button (see Section 3.1.5),
• A – locked alarm is active and can be reset by means of a keypad button (see Section 3.1.5).
Note! The messages ‘B’, ‘S’ of ‘A’ may not appear on the display. It depends on settings for the control
unit.

Level of gas concentration measured by a detector associated with the specific channel.

Unit of measurements for gas concentration.

Trend field where a schematic graph for gas concentration measured by a specific detector over
a time of about 1 minute is displayed. The rightmost bar stands for the most recent indication, the
leftmost one corresponds to the oldest measurement.

• Authorization level for the operator logged in. Possible content includes:
• blank character at the rightmost place of the second line means that the lowest authorization level
(no password) is in force,
• ‘L’ character displayed alternately with ‘1’ or ‘2’ digit means that an operator with the respective
authorization level of 1 or 2 is currently logged in. See details in Section 3.6.

For specific cases the fields 4, 5 and 6 can be combined together to display special messages related
to specific statuses of a detector or the system. See details in the further part of this section.
