The appliance automatically fills water into all the tanks up to the set level; this operation is shown by
the lighting of the lamp (6), which will switch off at the end of the water filling. The digit (14) shows
the water temperature in the tank chosen by means of the tank selection buttons (A, B, C): (A)
represents the washing tank 1; (B) is for the washing tank 2; (C) represents the pre-washing tank.
During the water filling it is advisable to keep the inspection doors closed, so to prevent steam
dispersion due to hot water filling.
Then, the lamp (6) switches off, while the lamps (4) and (5) light on, so to show that both the boiler and
tank heating elements are switched on. The red lamp (7) switches on to show that the washing cycle is
in the stand-by status.
WARNING! The stand-by status always occurs at the first washing cycle when the appliance is
switched on, until the set temperatures both in the boilers and in the tanks are reached (see the
section SAFETY SYSTEMS).
WARNING MESSAGE
All anomalies in warnings of the pump amperometric protections, safety thermostats of boilers and
geared motor cause the lighting of the red lamp (8), an acoustic warning, and the appliance stop until
they are reset by qualified personnel.
If the boiler digit (
15
) or the tank digit (
14
) displays the letter “
E
”, this is an indication that the
thermometer probe is switched off or out of order. If this is the case, make sure that the probe is
properly connected to the control panel. It might be necessary to replace the probe.
When the right temperatures are achieved, the lamp (7) turns green, so to show that the appliance is
ready for starting the washing cycle. The rack conveyor now starts working according to the same
speed of the previous working cycle.
If the appliance is provided with a steam condenser, the fan starts working immediately after the water
filling in order to help the steam exhaustion and its dehumidification.
If present, the drying tunnel starts working after the water heating in case of AZ 85; in case of AZ 80
and AZ 81 after the water heating except that they are stopped by means of the ON/OFF selector placed
on control panel of the drying tunnel.
WASHING CYCLE
Check that the inspection doors are completely closed, so that the safety micro-switches electrically
permit the appliance to start the washing cycle.
When the lamp (7) turns green, the rack conveyor starts working; now it is possible to choose the
conveyor speed according to the kitchenware type and to the dirt to be cleaned. The selector allows
three different positions: the lamp (9) is on for slow speed; the lamp (10) is on for medium speed;
the lamp (11) is on for fast speed, suitable for glasses and dishes not very dirty. When all the lamps
(9), (10) and (11) are off, the conveyor movement stops and it is to be used in case of particularly
resistant or dry dirt, so that the kitchenware remains under the washing jet at the user's discretion.
The appliance starts washing only when the lever of the washing economizer (standard in all the
models) is activated by the rack entering.
