TABLING INSTALLATION
A certain number of tables are available as accessories: simple tables; tables with sink and shower;
tables with sink, shower and scraping hole.
Assembling tables:
Fix the supporting legs to the screws placed below the working
surface.
Fix the lower shelf to the supporting legs by using the
appropriate welded brackets.
Joining tables to the appliances:
Lean the L-bent edge of the table working surface against the splash
guard and fit it into place;
Fix the working surface to the appliance with two bolts screwed
onto the appliance threaded inserts.
SPLASH GUARD / STEAM EXHAUSTER INSTALLATION
The appliance is provided with a splash guard on the entry side,
which – on demand – can be installed on the exit side as well. As
options, moreover, it is possible to install a steam exhauster both
on the entry and on the exit side.
In order to install a splash guard or steam exhauster, remove the
lower side panel and take off the edge covers from the internal
edges by unscrewing the screws, which are around the profile of
the racks way. Remove completely the upper exit panel or the
entry splash guard.
