RECORDING AND CAPTURE
The MK20HD Plus and MK20W have the ability to record videos and take screen captures. The destination
of recording/capture is determined by the method you choose to connect to the camera. If you connect to
the camera using the client software (found on www.asystems-sys.com), you can record directly to SD
cards. If you use Internet Explorer, then you can record directly to your computer.
MK20HD Plus Client Software
In your browser, go to www.asystems-sys.com
and navigate to “Support” > “Downloads” section
to find the software download. Alternatively,
directly link to the software with this QR code:
It is not necessary to install the client software, but
you must extract the software to a folder on your
hard drive. Run “MK20HD Plus Client.exe”.
1. Register Super Administrator
When first running the client software, users must
set a super administrator name and password.
This will be used in future when opening the
software.
2. Log In
User your selected user name and password
to log into the client software. Be sure to pick
“English” as your language before logging in.
3. Add Camera(s)
After logging into the software, you will see your
Live View page. When you first log in, there will
not be any currently active cameras. To add a
camera to your software, click the icon (top
right) to bring up the “Search Device” menu.
Click “Search” to find cameras in your local area
network (LAN). After search is complete, you can
click “add” to add selected cameras or “add all” to
add every camera found within the LAN.
4. Views
By default, you will see a single camera. You can
select all currently active cameras in the right-
hand side. You can create a Multiview screen by
hitting the view pull-down menu at the top of the
software.
5. Snapshot
Select a camera and hit to take a snapshot.
6. Recording
Select a camera and hit to start recording.
Snapshots and recordings will be saved directly
to an SD card inserted into the MK series camera.
Please note that inserting an SD card into the
camera will cause it to automatically restart.
