TRIPOD MOUNT INSTALLATION
For setups that require the camera to be mounted on a tripod, please use the following instructions to
properly mount the camera.
● Before proceeding to install and connect the main unit, make sure the tripod legs are steadily
and firmly set without wobbles.
● Make sure the tripod always maintains a 90 degree vertical center of gravity. A top-heavy
object such as this is prone to tilt over and cause irreversible damage to the instrument,
therefore, 90 degree vertical is the optimal angle for camera mounting.
● When attempting to set the tripod on uneven ground or slopes, carefully adjust the tripod legs
to prevent the camera for tilting over.
1. Assemble the tripod mount onto the VESA mount on the bottom of the camera with
provided M4 screws.
2. Mount the camera onto the tripod.
● Depending on the type of tripods you may be using,
you may need to screw the tripod mounting plate on
the camera then use locking mechanism to secure the
camera on the tripod or you can just simply mount the
camera with the connecting screw.
